Harry Styles' most loyal fans—known affectionately as Harries—have been invited to celebrate the artist’s birthday in Los Angeles together. The celebration inspired by the Harries’ House theme is being thrown by Fave, the platform for superfans, by superfans.
Fans will be able to gather on February 3 at the Matrix Studios (1260 W. 2nd Street) in LA from 2-8:30pm to celebrate Harry Styles’ 30th birthday in a community setting with fellow fans. Fave is known for providing a platform where fans can come together, celebrate their favorite artists and fan creativity, and discover exclusive content. In fact, some fans booked tickets to LA just receiving a notification teasing the event. With an extremely active Harries fandom to pull from, Fave brings its expertise in creating unique fan experiences to elevate the celebration.
"At Fave, we believe in the idea that fans know what they want out of a fandom, and that it’s simply our responsibility to help facilitate that for them. This birthday party, which was thought up and created by Harries fans we work with to conceptualize, is a testament to the passion and creativity of Harry's dedicated fanbase. We're excited to contribute to an unforgettable night that brings fans closer together for his big 3-0,” said Jacquelle Horton, Founder and CEO of Fave. “We’ve found in past live events that many of the bonds formed through Fave are beautifully strengthened when fans meet one another live and create a shared experience that they can then reminisce about together for years to come.”
Fans can revel in all things Harry at the event by participating in a smorgasbord of activities themed after the superstar. After decorating and customizing diverse iconic merch, attendees can hop over to the karaoke station to perform their favorite Harry tunes for other guests in attendance. Guests will get the opportunity to share their own personal experiences being Harry fans by speaking to Fave and writing personal letters with reasons why they love Harry and covering various themes inspired by his music. What’s more, fans can participate in giveaways with the opportunity to win items like a Ticketmaster gift card, copies of Harry’s albums on vinyl, a Harry-themed gift box, and more. And, of course, there will be no shortage of photo ops as fans can get their polaroids taken posing next to a Harry cutout and take pictures in a Harry-themed bedroom.
While Harry Styles himself is not expected to turn up, Horton says that’s not the point of the event, or of Fave as a whole. “We try to create spaces where fans can be themselves and run their fandoms as they see fit. This party, which happens to coincide with Grammy Week all across town, is for the fans to have a good time,” Horton said. “But if Harry wanted to stop by for a couple minutes, I’m sure his fans would be fine with that.”
